More About Me:

I’m Ivan, I’ve been deeply invested in fitness, more so the aspect of gaining muscle & strength, for almost a decade. My journey is not your typical fitness influencer journey, and my progress for the first few years was anything but linear. It has taken me years of trial and error, avoidable injuries, and a lot of “wheel spinning” to get the progress i had hoped for when I started.

I realized early on that genetics play an undeniably large part in the individual development particularly when it comes to bodybuilding, more so than other sports.

Fortunately along the way I realized that my situation was much more relatable to the average person – those of you who want to maximize results within all metrics of performance, and cognition, while preserving longevity. Needless to say the fundamental principles that apply for the average individual apply even more for the exceptionally gifted.

This epiphany led me down a path of relentless research and practical application, intertwining empirical evidence from academic papers with real-life anecdotes from my clients and myself resulting in a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, enabling me to craft precise plans and protocols that work while never compromising safety.

One Time Programs

If you want a customized training and/or PED plan but don’t require ongoing coaching and guidance a custom plan might be a good option for you.

This is a program for the individual that wants to minimize risk of a bad cycle and would rather let someone with extensive experience review their situation and craft a tailored plan.

This is a one-time payment that will cover the entirety of your cycle. Upon signing up you will receive a document containing:

– Exactly what PEDs to take, how to take them properly, taking into account your individual needs and circumstances.
– What ancillaries to take to mitigate side-effects and stay as healthy as possible.
– What ancillaries to take after the cycle to ensure complete hormonal recovery.
– Sourcing Assistance and Private Discount Codes.
– Text support throughout the entire cycle + the 8 weeks after so you get my help at any point.

I will also provide you with my best educational material that is exclusive to my clients, and what I think will be most suited for your needs.

The real value of coaching begins here. While the kickstart will get you started on the right foot quickly, the real value of coaching is in the ongoing, week to week collaboration between us.

We will carefully monitor your progression with training, diet and changes in your body-composition.

I do this monitoring proactively and with intention. 

I want to ensure that everything is in order: adherence to the diet, linear improvements in your training performance, and desired changes in your body-composition.

You have to be willing to put in the work day to day, week to week, and follow my guidance.
