The Male Sex Stack – Best Supplements for Sexual Performance

The Libido Enhancer

If you are a healthy man, you should have a healthy libido. But what if you want to supercharge it and let loose? What can you take?

  • My choice would be the peptide PT-141, which has been shown to increase libido significantly in both men and women.
  • AAS like Masteron, Proviron, Test, Tren and others can definitely help, but I would never take them just for the sexual enhancement benefits.

Inject 250 to 500 mcg of PT-141 subcutaneously 30 minutes before intercourse for best results. Note that it will also enhance erectile function, but not as much as the following compounds…

The Boner Enhancer

Even though PT-141 will help in this department and probably be enough for most users, things can be taken to the next level by incorporating Cialis or Viagra (try both and see which one you prefer).

  • Cialis can be dosed at 5 to 10mg, 2 hours before intercourse.
  • Viagra can be dosed at 25 to 50mg, 30 to 60 minutes before intercourse.

The Load Enhancer

You may think that trying to improve semen volume is unnecessary, and while it is definitely not essential for having a good time, it will improve how long and pleasurable the ejaculation is.

My recommended supplements for improved load size are:

  • 25 mg of zinc a day.
  • 150 mg pygeum a day.
  • 2 g sunflower lecithin a day.
  • HCG, HMG, and Enclomiphene can also improve load size, but I would not recommend taking them for sexual enhancement alone, so stick to the natural supps.

Rather than taking these strategically, you can simply take them daily not only for improved loads but also for their diverse and helpful health benefits.

The Endurance Enhancers

Imagine you take all the aforementioned compounds and enhance every metric, but then ejaculate within seconds or minutes of starting intercourse. That would be an absolute shame, and it would not make your partner happy at all…

That’s why having endurance enhancer is key if you struggle with lasting long in bed (you can skip these if that’s not an issue for you). Endurance can be enhanced by taking an actual endurance booster alongside something that fights premature ejaculation.

  • My endurance booster of choice would be Cardarine, dosed at 20mg a day.
  • My “ejaculation-delayer” of choice would be Dapoxetine, dosed at 30mg, taken 30 to 60 minutes before intercourse.
  • While not a supplement, daily cardio can also help, and way more than you might think.

Additional Tips

A lot of men suffer from sexual dysfunction because they are addicted to pornography and masturbation. This causes two issues:

  • On one hand, excessive masturbation damages the skin and the penis, causing a loss of sensitivity, erectile strength, pleasure, and endurance. This can be somewhat mitigated by moisturizing the penis with aloe vera and other regenerating lotions.
  • Secondly, it distorts one’s perception of sex and prevents one from enjoying normal, vanilla sex.

If you struggle with pornography and masturbation addictions, do your best to break free from them. I am no expert, but I urge you to seek help.

Conclusion

Sexual enhancement can be a lot of fun, but to a lot of people it is essential in order to enjoy a healthy sex life. It should not be that way. You should be doing it for fun, never out of necessity.

If you are unable to perform in bed, work on improving your diet, sleep and hormonal profile while doing your best to break free from porn addiction (if that is an issue for you).
