B7-33 is a novel synthetic peptide derived from a naturally occurring peptide known as H2-Relaxin. This peptide appears to have an anti-fibrotic effect, meaning that it reduces fibrosis in the heart, liver, kidneys, and other organs.
This can be incredibly useful to enhanced bodybuilders as it can help prevent and repair the long-term damage that AAS (anabolic androgenic steroids) and other PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs) can inflict on these organs.
Liver fibrosis is the natural consequence of repeatedly exposing the liver to toxic agents like oral AAS over time, and not many drugs are able to reverse this phenomenon.
This peptide is similar to Cardiogen in that it also reduces fibroblast formation in the heart, meaning that it may also be an effective tool against the cardiac remodeling caused by long-term AAS use.
