ARA-290 is a fascinating peptide derived from Erythropoietin, the hormone responsible for the production of red blood cells. Unlike its parent molecule, ARA-290 does not increase RBC production. Decreased Inflammation:

ARA-290 binds to the Innate Repair Receptor (IRR), which reduces inflammatory responses in the body.

ARA-290 is thought to bind to tissue-protective receptors (TPRs) and block the activation of macrophages. This may inhibit inflammatory cytokines such as IL-2 & IL-6, which are linked to neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia. In other words, ARA-290 may help prevent neurodegenerative diseases and may negate the neurotoxic effects of Trenbolone.

Cardioprotective Effects: 

ARA-290 may have cardioprotective effects by preventing blood pressure increases and improving left ventricular function, which tends to deteriorate with age, especially in hardcore enhanced bodybuilding.

Wound Healing:

There is speculation that ARA-290 may help heal skin wounds like cuts, bruises, and burns, but the exact mechanism of action is not yet well understood.

Side-Effects of ARA-290

ARA-290 appears to be incredibly safe, but more studies and long-term data are needed to establish whether it can cause serious side effects.

How to Use It

ARA-290 protocols are mainly based on trial and error from users that have extensively experimented with it and shared their results and protocols in online forums and Reddit. Personally, I start with 1 mg a day shortly before a workout to experience its pain-inhibiting effects, gradually increasing to 2 mg, and eventually trying 3 or even 4 mg a day.

Due to its experimental nature, I would not use it for more than 30 days at a time.
