Adipotide (Prohibitin-targeting Peptide 1) is a peptide that was originally developed for the treatment of cancer. However, animal studies found that it could destroy fat cells and cause fat loss. Unfortunately, this drug can be very dangerous if misused, hence its lack of popularity in bodybuilding circles.
In a nutshell, Adipotide targets the blood vessels that supply fat cells with the blood and nutrients they need to survive. By cutting of this blood supply, Adipotide causes fat cells to die, leading to a reduction in overall fat mass.
Here’s what you can expect from it:
Unfortunately, the side-effects of Adipotide will put most people off from using it. In fact, the late bodybuilder Bostin Loyd (RIP) sustained serious kidney injuries after using it, which combined with the damage they had already taken as a result of AAS use led him to suffer from kidney failure.
Furthermore, there is very little scientific and anecdotal information about it, so we don’t know all of its possible side-effects. Here’s what’s known so far:
I do not recommend using Adipotide because there is very little research on it, but based on all the information I have been able to gather over the last few months, here’s how I would take it if I really wanted to:
0.5mg/day injected subcutaneously for a week, then a week off, then 0.5m/day subcutaneously for another week.
That’s it, anecdotal reports showing serious kidney damage were often using 2 to 5mg/day, so keeping the dose low seems reasonable.
I would not stop drinking water and ensuring optimal electrolyte balance, and I would take kidney protecting supplements like NAC and preferably injectable glutathione. I would also supplement with nootropics like Oxiracetam, Noopept and Alpha-GPC to prevent brain fog and headaches, as well as Fish Oil Omega-3 for further neuroprotection.
Probably not. But if you are a very experienced bodybuilder who has tried every other potentially dangerous drug under the sun and you happen to have very healthy kidneys I won’t blame you if you decide to give it a shot.

Everything you would ever want or need to know about SARMs, and how to properly use, maximize, and recover from them.
The SARMs Wiki is the culmination of 7 years worth of knowledge coming from independent experimentation with myself and hundreds of my clients, probably thousands of hours of research, going through every study, and the online reports of thousands of SARMs and PED users.
If you're ready to spend 150$+ on SARM cycles, why not do it right from the very start and save yourself the troubles of dealing with the nuances and complications of PED use?
The Peptide Wiki is an all-in-one guide that will give you a deep understanding of how each peptide works and how you can use them correctly and find the perfect one (or stack) to reach your goals (16 Total Most Popular Peptides Covered).
Not only will you learn how these peptides work in your body, but you will also learn how to prevent their potential side-effects, and how to reconstitute, dose, and store use them correctly (super easy to mess this up).
If you're going to spend hundreds of $ on Peptides, you might as well do them right.
