5-Amino-1MQ is a short-chain peptide that has shown promising results in the treatment of obesity. It is slowly growing in popularity as an excellent oral fat-burner that can reduce bodyfat significantly without causing serious side-effects.
5-Amino-1MQ is a membrane-permeable peptide that works by inhibiting NNMT (Nicotinamide N-methyltransferase) and increasing NAD+. NNMT is an enzyme found in fat tissue that stops fat cell metabolism, making it harder for fat cells to be “burnt”. I am obviously simplifying this explanation for the sake of simplicity but think of NNMT as the natural mechanism through which the body ensures that bodyfat percentages don’t drop too low (since that would actually be bad from an evolutionary perspective).
NAD+, which 5-Amino-1MQ increases, has been linked to longevity, optimal metabolic function and SIRT-1 activation. SIRT-1 is known to decrease the occurrence of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and even kidney disease.
Here’s what you can expect from this peptide according to the studies:
No side-effects have been observed in studies or anecdotally, but given the general lack of data on 5-Amino-1MQ, it is possible for it to have long-term side-effects that we are not aware of.
Not many people have used this peptide because it can be hard to find and expensive, but nearly every user I’ve talked to or read about who has used it reports incredible results.
It is still necessary to be on a caloric deficit (preferably through both diet and cardio) to lose fat on 5-A-1MQ, but people report a much faster rate of fat loss without the jitters, anxiety, high blood pressure, tachycardia and high body temperature that traditional fat-burners are known for.
Anecdotally, 5-Amino-1MQ provides the best results when dosed at 100 to 150mg a day.
Given how “safe” it is on paper, it can be used for 2 to 3 months so it can be part of an entire cutting cycle.
The half-life of 5-A-1MQ is unknown, so taking it 2 or 3 times a day is preferable (morning, noon, evening or morning & evening).
Based on all the information we have on 5-Amino-1MQ, I think it is safe for pretty much anyone to use so it can fit into any cutting cycle.
5-Amino-1MQ is especially useful for older men given its anti-aging and health-promoting properties.
The only thing that is stopping people from using 5-Amino-1MQ is the price, since running it for just 20 days at 150mg/day can cost more than $150.
If you want to buy legit, 3rd-party-tested 5-Amino-1MQ capsules, currently only SwissChems sells it (from the companies I trust at least). You can grab it here and use code POP10 to save 10%
Everything you would ever want or need to know about SARMs, and how to properly use, maximize, and recover from them.
The SARMs Wiki is the culmination of 7 years worth of knowledge coming from independent experimentation with myself and hundreds of my clients, probably thousands of hours of research, going through every study, and the online reports of thousands of SARMs and PED users.
If you're ready to spend 150$+ on SARM cycles, why not do it right from the very start and save yourself the troubles of dealing with the nuances and complications of PED use?
The Peptide Wiki is an all-in-one guide that will give you a deep understanding of how each peptide works and how you can use them correctly and find the perfect one (or stack) to reach your goals (16 Total Most Popular Peptides Covered).
Not only will you learn how these peptides work in your body, but you will also learn how to prevent their potential side-effects, and how to reconstitute, dose, and store use them correctly (super easy to mess this up).
If you're going to spend hundreds of $ on Peptides, you might as well do them right.
I wrote this ebook/document with one goal in mind: To share the info that has helped dozens of my clients completely turn their sex lives around.
Everything that I have to say on how to do bloodwork as an enhanced (or to be enhanced!) lifter.
