Frag 176 191 is administered through subcutaneous injections at a dose of 500mcg per day.
Because it is sold as a powder, one must reconstitute it before it can be used.
Many people don’t know how to properly reconstitute Frag 176 191, and improper reconstitution oftentimes results in a less effective and damaged final product.
In this article, you will learn how to properly reconstitute, dose, and store your Frag 176 191 in a step-by-step manner.
Frag 176 191 can be reconstituted in bacteriostatic (BAC) water or sterile water. I recommend the former as that’s what peptide vendors sell.
In any case, the reconstitution process is the exact same regardless of the type of water you decide to use.
To do the reconstitution you will need:
- Vial of Frag 176 1191
- Vial of bacteriostatic water
- New syringe and needle
- Alcohol wipes
Remove the plastic caps from the vials of Frag 176 191 and bacteriostatic water, and gently rub the rubber tops with an alcohol wipe. After that, you can begin to take out water from one vial and insert it into the Frag 176 191.
Use 1 – 5 ml of bacteriostatic water per vial of Frag 176 191. In my experience 2ml is the ideal amount considering the size of the vials.
The amount of bacteriostatic water you decide to do the reconstitution with will dictate how much liquid you need to inject to get your desired dose of Frag 176 191. So write it down if need be.
- 5mg (5000mcg) reconstituted in 2ml will result in a 2.5mg (2500mcg) / ml solution.
- To inject 250 mcg of Frag 176 191 you will need 0.2ml or 20 UI
Note: The daily dose of 500mcg is to be split into two separate injections of 250 mcg.
If you wanted to inject 500mcg you would need 0.4mk or 40 UI of liquid.
10UI = 0.1ml
100UI =1 ml
Once you’ve decided on the amount of bacteriostatic water you’ll use, insert the needle in the BAC vial and extract it.
After the syringe is loaded, pull it out and clear any bubbles by tilting the needle vertically upwards and pushing them out.
After filling your syringe with bacteriostatic water, insert the needle into the Frag 176 191 vial making sure you aim it towards any wall/side of the vial.
Slowly inject the bacteriostatic water down the side of the vial, into the powder.
Never shoot the liquid directly at the powder as you risk damaging it and decreasing its effectiveness.
Depending on the size and capacity of your syringe you might need to repeat this process and transfer 1ml at a time.
After the bacteriostatic water has been injected into the Frag 176 191 vial, swirl it gently for a few minutes and wait for the powder to fully dissolve.
Never shake the vial.
Put your freshly reconstituted Frag 176 191 into the refrigerator and use it within 30 days!
NOTE: don’t use the same needle and syringe you used for the reconstitution to do your first injection.
